Beta blockers have mortality benefit in patients with HFrEF. Only Bisoprolol, Metoprolol succinate, Carvedilol, & Nebivolol have proven benefits in HFrEF. Carvedilol is a non selective beta blocker and Bisoprolol, Metoprolol, and Nebivolol are cardioselective beta blockers.
